Lead Individuals, Chairpersons and Groups are invited to submit their symposium suggestion for the conference programme. Alternatively you can contact Russell Pendleton directly outlining your proposal.
The symposia will consist of 90 minute sessions, either split into four talks of 20 minutes and 10 minutes discussion at the end of all talks, or three talks of 25 minutes and 5 minutes discussion at the end of each talk. Timings must be adhered to strictly at the conference to allow people later in the day to speak on schedule.
Slides should be prepared in Powerpoint - there is no limit on slide numbers, however a good guide is one minute per slide. Please bear this in mind. Where speakers provide approval, sessions will also be audiotaped for post-conference Online Learning purposes.
Full submission guidelines are available in the following document:
Receipt of abstracts will be acknowledged. The submitting speaker/session organizer is responsible for forwarding on any acceptances, etc to the rest of the speakers.
