Please take note of the following conference deadlines:

Speakers

• Short Biographies/Photos : tba
• Talk Abstracts : tba
• Conference Hotel Arrival/Departure Dates : tba

Bursaries

• Submissions/Requests: 31 December 2012
• Approvals:  25 January 2013 (extended)

If you have not heard back by the above date, unfortunately your Bursary will not have been awarded.

Posters

• Poster Abstract Submissions (to be included in the Abstract book):  18 March 2013 (see below)

On-site posters will be accepted and every effort will be made to circulate late-breaking abstracts.  Late poster abstracts will be included in the final abstract book to be made available online around one month after the conference.
