AIFA Information for Italian Delegates

Please note that organisations wishing to sponsor the participation of Italian delegates should present their applications through our officially appointed agency, who will forward them to AIFA (Agenzia Italiana del Farmaco).

• Pharmaceutical companies participating as Sponsors or Exhibitors must be registered at AIFA (Agenzia Italiana del Farmaco)
• Registration at AIFA must be made up to 75 days prior to the commencement of the event
• Registration procedure will be made through a local agency, who will forward the registration request to AIFA

PLEASE NOTE:  Cortex is not involved in the registration procedure. It is the pharmaceutical companies’ sole responsibility to adhere to the above Regulations directly via the appointed agent. O.I.C. Srl is the sole Agency appointed to collect applications from Italian pharmaceutical companies and file them with the Italian Ministry of Health for the conference.  Please contact:
