Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be made by email.
Cancellations are as follows:
- 100% Refund - (after deduction of costs) more than 6 months before conference
- 50% Refund - (after deduction of costs) between 3 and 6 months before conference
- NO REFUND - less than 3 months before conference
Substitutions
Substitutions can be made free of charge until two working days before the conference. Substitutions must be made by email.
If you wish to send a colleague in your place, simply email your name and the name of your colleague and the substitution will be made.
